Very competitive rates with excellent coverage offering a range of insurance levels to choose from. Allows you to feel in control of buying cover that is tailored towards meeting your pets needs. Also, as a family run company, their customer service is very good and they are happy to talk you through the range of options available with absolutely no pressure to sign up for their cover. I have found lifetime pet cover extremely easy to deal with. they are helpful, reliable and very approachable. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all my family & friends. Good and affordable insurance

I officially adopted my cat last year. As she is a senior citizen puss cat I knew it would be hard and costly to get her insured. I done a google search and liked what I saw with Lifetime Pet Cover. I rang them up and had several options, which was affordable to me. The staff was friendly and very helpful and I took out a policy for her and would recommend them to anyone. I was looking for a pet insurance that I could afford for my two dogs. The website offered choices that made it simple to work out the best option and a telephone call enabled me to make sure that I was able to but the type of insurance I wanted and could afford. Professional, friendly service

I had been with a more well known insurer who didn't really care about my concerns, and it was really hard sell. One phone call to lifetime pets and all my questions answered. I was really impressed. I have been with them now nearly two years and they insure all three of my dogs. So pleased with the service. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Refreshingly caring about the Pet & not the Profit

Our "Westie" had reached the age whereby either insurance would be refused or it would be come exceedingly expensive. A diligent internet search found Lifetime Pet Cover. WOW!! Caring for the Pet & not the Profit. Well they will get into profit if more of us & find them (we do spread the word when we can) & find the relief of having the knowledge that your old family "retainer" can be cared for. Luckily we have yet to claim & our full of life 10 & 1/2 year old Westie is still bouncing around, & hope we never have to. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017
