Quick to pay out on a claim

My German Shepherd Lucy had an emergency op to have her womb removed in 2016,Lifetime Pets were very quick in putting the claim through with a very quick payout.Lucy's insurance this time has only increased £4. 19. Overall good cover for £35 .18. per month. Reviewed on: 5th August 2017

Excellent cover at down to earth prices

I had pet insurance for our family dog with a well known 'trusted' company and as the years went on the policy more than doubled, when he reached seven the benefits dwindled so I shopped around and fortunately came across Lifetime Pet Cover and no longer dread the annual nightmare of huge rising costs for less cover. For our two Russian Blue kittens, Lifetime Pet Cover is less than half the price of Pet Plan. The boy kitten suffered a bit of stress when he was "done", leading to a little dose of cystitis. Pet Plan said, "No way we're covering cystitis for him - ever." Lifetime Pet Cover, on the other hand, welcomed the little chap and said, "as long as he's clear of it for two years, he'll be fully covered." In every aspect, I am very happy to report that Lifetime Pet Cover has been thoroughly approachable, abundantly patient, crystal clear in describing their products, consistently caring and reliable throughout. I have had my dog insured by several companies over the past 8 year, this is by far the best company I have used, I have had to make 2 claims for my dog and they were both dealt with very efficiently, they are also very competitively priced. I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017
