When I phoned up lifetime insurance I was upset my former insurance company had put there price up so high I couldn't afford the payments and my dogs are in there senior years so I wasn't sure I could get insurance for them, the sales person I spoke to put my mind at ease and was very good at explaining everything so again I was very happy Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Quick payment after the major operation for cancer on my Husky

I am so glad I reviewed all the customers good things they had to say about their experiences with Lifetime Pet Cover before I considered insuring my Husky, and I am glad I did as she had to have a major operation for cancer, as a pensioner I was worried about the cost, I was so relieved that I received payment within 10 days, I would certainly recommend Lifetime Pet Cover I have already spoken to other dog owners how glad I am that my Lexi is insured by them. Premium Friendly For Your Pets

My little 12 yr old dog had two mammary strips. Major operations. The bills were paid promptly and without any quibbles. Fast, friendly, affordable, efficient insurance. And the premium this year is still affordable unlike other companies I have been with. All three of my animals insured by this company. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 13th August 2017

Inexpensive Clear and what was wanted

I found the insurance was clear about what they offered at different levels. They seemed to be attempting to clarify what they were offering rather than disguising it. Pet insurance seems to me a minefield of what is not covered. Lifetime Pet Cover where clear about what was and was not covered. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
