Not had a reason to claim and hopefully never will, all I know is that the price is fantastic compared to other companies. My last company doubled the premium for a dog turning one year despite never claiming. Reason being is that 'dogs' in 'my breed' are having lots claims in my area. Very strange as I have a rare breed dog who is almost zero on the health risks, and as I was only the person for miles around to have this breed, I find it strange to be told that there are lost of claims..I was a breeder of this breed, and I know who owns these dogs, and no one did in my area...shame on insurance companies that hike prices for the sake of it. Service has been outstanding from start to finish in comparison with previous dealings with other insurers. I would now not choose to go with anyone else and would definitely recommend to anyone I knew who was looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2017
