Easy set-up, clear terms, great value for money!

Cover was easy to set up, terms were excellent and the range of packages available made it easy to make the right choice for my lovely boy. Everything from the cover provided to the payment terms was clearly explained with no jargon, and the process was nicely staged so I never felt rushed and with cancellation opportunities clearly signposted so I didn’t feel trapped in a deal when I’d only signed up for a quote (something that happens depressingly often!). I have used Lifetime pet cover for several years now. There was no problem when my dog, that has sadly passed away now needed help with a claim. The claim was paid promptly. Now I have 2 dogs insured with this company. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024
