Saw an add for this signed up realised it wasn’t for me emailed them to cancel which was done not long later £14 was taken out my account!! Emailed apparently the saving side was still going after I had email asked to cancel and advised this wasn’t for me! No refund given if I wanted my money back in my bank account id have to pay £30!!! In order to get my full £40 I had to open a bank account with tsb!!! Absolute joke still waiting on this tbs bank card coming so I can get my money back total con!!!! Reviewed on: 6th May 2025

i have been reported for owing 15 pounds whereas I stopped their monthly subscription a month and half earlier which they failed to allow from the end letting me belive I have closed it for good until later on that I woke up to see that they attempted to charge me but failed because it is my customer to lock my card. now that I really need a credit card their fraudulent report of loan and credit card is showing and multiple failure to pay back depts... the worst financial organisation to register with. I need to ask can we all report they to FCA for this. No real customer service, you would ask for something and they will be answering other things not directly connected to your questions. No honour amongst thieves

They will keep changing you months after you close your account. Stay far far away. This company stands to make millions of its customers by taking small amounts from its many users after closure of accounts. Due to their policies you are not entitled to a refund and your the failure to close your account will be blamed on technical issues. Daylight robbery right in plain sight. I’m considering starting a credit agency myself as this is a clearly profitable for them. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024

Total scam!! They make it really difficult to access your savings and then charge you £30 for the money to enter your account. My credit score didn't change. Their customer service had me running around in circles with false information. I would not recommend this to anyone Reviewed on: 5th September 2024
