Poor customer service

I had a mortgage with the nanchester, but when I ran into financial diffukcuties they did not want to know. They were not helpful and... I had a mortgage with the nanchester, but when I ran into financial diffukcuties they did not want to know. They were not helpful and they just wanted to reprocess my house without any payment plan. Even though I was in the process of selling a second property they just kept applying charges ...
