A Regular Savings Account is opened automatically when you join Manchester Credit Union. Savings must be made on a regular basis, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly and withdrawals can be made via the App or Members Area.

MCU is great for people who dont want a normal bank...

MCU is great for people who don't want a normal bank account. I find the Christmas club especially helpful. Also on the plus side for me is that there is no debit card so it is easier to save than to withdraw cash. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025
