My mortgage was up for renewal, with your mortgage offers given to me the offer was 4.8 which was high. My LVT was still set at 80% when in actual fact it was around 55% I called one of your staff asking for a review and possibly a better deal as my better LVT should have given me a better deal. experience with Mansfield was fine, but......

experience with Mansfield was fine, i dont think there conveyancers Harrop White, Vallance & Dawson have been very good. Making errors with forms that led to delays and therefore cost incurred. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

I recommend them based on my experience

My interest rate is a little higher than the national rate, but every time my fixed term discounted rate is coming to an end I get offered 3 different reduced rates, which keeps my mortgage to a very reasonable outgoings. Had a decent time when at the start of my mortgage I had a spate of being underpaid, got my arrears cleared within 14 months and everyone was happy. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
