Compassionate and very helpful staff

I have had 3 dogs insured currently 2 the staff have been very helpful and understanding. I have had no problems covering claims and I feel their prices are competitive. It takes the worry out of potential illnesses and accidents. I do wish you did horse insurance also Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

My puppy became very unwell with a gut infection. The investigations and treatment resulted in a very large bill but claiming back was just one phone call ! Bought by Many did the rest by liaising with our Vets Practice. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The VERY best Pet Insurance we've ever used!

No quibbles with paying claims directly to the vet. Their Policy for Life is 2nd to none = monthly premium NEVER increases no matter how many claims made a year. Even covers special diet food, from vet, if condition warrants this. The best Pet Insurance company we've ever used More than highly recommended ! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Bought by Many is a first class pet insurance company which is open and transparent in its dealings with pet owners, explaining everything and giving recommendations. It also uniquely gives you money back if you have no claim in the first year and also adjusts your premium downwards at the same time. I strongly recommend this company to all pet owners.
