Really helpful and covered our little Pugs needs when required over a year ago now but never got round to leaving a review. Only issue was we had to pay the bill and wait over a week before knowing it would be covered. Thanks again. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Bought by Many has been amazing. I adopted my sweet cat Biggie in late 2019. It turned out that he needed extensive dental work, and then it was also found that he has kidney problems. I ended up with an unexpectedly high bill, but Bought by Many was extremely supportive and, in the end, provided full coverage for my sweet boy. They also link with a free online vet service, which I have used during lockdown as Biggie had a poorly tummy (thankfully nothing major!). I’m extremely impressed with their services and have already recommended them to a friend! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I shopped around for pet insurance. No one gives you discount for loyalty. This year took the insurance by Bought by Many. Everything crossed I don't need to use the insurers. My dog had to have a operation to remove a tumor and I had only been with them for a short time and she had already had the same operation in a different place so didn't know if Bought by Many would pay but they did I was so relieved because I didn't have the money to have this done. Refreshingly straight forward insurance

Pet insurance always feels like a minefield and we were terrified that if we moved insurer our pup wouldn't be covered or there would be some loophole that left us unable to afford her vets bills. I've recommended Bought by Many to so many people out on dog walks - I love their FirstVet app and our insurance went from £103 a month to £72, plus the customer service has always been top notch. Although I haven’t made a claim yet I have to say the process of getting insurance and the options available are fantastic. Very thorough policy and I hear lots of great feedback. Insurance was recommended by my vet so that says a lot Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
