Simple yet Flexible

Great value with great cover

I chose bought by many after my other insurance company kept putting up monthly debit , hadn’t claimed at all , heard great reviews on BBM so did my research and checked to make sure all my needs were covered Incase , BBM cake up trumps , cheaper and great helpful customer service staff , plus u get the added peace of mind with FirstVet app That comes with the top cover for those panic situations , and still is cheaper than other top well known insurers , so far really happy , haven’t had to claim yet but assured by my vet they are good and pay directly to vet . Quick and customer-friendly support

Unfortunately, had to face an emergency appointment at vets, followed by an operation, during the COVID-19 pandemic. BBM provided as much support, as it was necessary with no major delays and in a very clear way. Thanks! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great value

Very impressive insurance

Fantastic service

I have 3 animals insured with Bought by Many and am so happy. My poodle had to have an operation to remove a lump, it was unexpected and I panicked. The lovely lady I spoke to sorted everything out for me and was sympathetic when I got upset. My claim was paid to the vet within 24hrs, which he was very impressed with.
