When Amber cut her pad and had to have it stitched and then ultimately removed, Bought by many were brilliant. My claim was dealt with quickly, efficiently and with kindness. The adviser I spoke to was friendly, empathetic and really helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. A bit higher in price, but worth it due to the no fuss and dealing with a claim quickly. I have the 20% back if no claims made from BbM &, thankfully, Have not had to make a claim so, true to their word, I got the money back. They are easy to talk to, know their stuff & no pressure. Hope their are as good if I ever have to make a claim. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
