I had to make a claim as my bitch took ill after whelping her pups needing surgery the claim was easy to process it took seconds online and my claim was dealt with super quickly the monthly fee i pay beats all other quotes i had . I did ring on couple occasions before taking policy out to confirm couple things and the telephone staff was very helpful and answered all my questions ....excellent service i am reccommending to family members who are about to get puppys and anyone else needing insurance for there pets Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I bought this policy having used two companies prior for older dogs. This one he’s exceed all expectations. Pay outs within 7 days. Instant communication relating to claims. Continued updates via email and text. Absolutely amazing customer service. I have recommended to many other pet owners. Also option for no excess with cover up to 7000 for lifetime cover.
