The cheapest but most comprehensive insurance I could locate for my French bulldog, fantastic free online vet service too. Their customer service team is very knowledgeable about their packages so it made it easy finding the perfect one for my dog Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Couldnt be simpler!

I had to make a claim, not a huge amount, but due to lockdown money has been tight, but I always make sure I keep my dog insured. My claim was settled within 2 weeks of taking my dog to the vet. Excellent customer services. I couldn’t recommend BBM highly enough! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Help is just a phone call away!

My miniature dachshund pup Winston, fell foul of a Springer Spaniel. He suffered a double break to his lower jaw, severe tooth ounctures to the top of his head and under his jaw. After a traumatic few days I phoned BBM and spoke to a wonderfully helpful lady who took the details of the three veterinary surgeries involved and helped me start the claim procedure! It is such a relief to know that when your pet is in trouble there is friendly, expert help and advice available. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Pet insurance like no other

My cat Beau hurt his paw on a sharp object during his daily neighbourhood watch prowl. The vet invoice was settled immediately - no fuss. During lockdown Bella, his sister, was lethargic and wouldn’t eat. I had a video consultation and my mind was put to rest after discussing the matter. I wouldn’t change my pet insurance for anything. Good communication throughout

Fair and reasonable

Pet insurance is a nightmare and when I received a renewal from John Lewis which doubled the premium to £1600 for one dog I went looking. Bought By Many are not the cheapest but they offer value for money. They offer options on the type of policy... no claims, zero excess etc. and as with other insurers, differing levels of cover but the difference is they make it easy to understand exactly what you're buying and importantly NOT buying. I would recommend them without hesitation based on my experience. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Insurance with Integrity

I am a first time owner of a puppy so dog insurance is all new to me. I selected BBM as they offered a very high level of cover for a reasonable premium. I am so pleased as little Arnold was very quickly diagnosed with a heart murmur. BBM have covered all costs to date, have been very helpful on the phone and their communication is excellent. I am so grateful and although we still have on going concerns for Arnold I am not worried about insurance. Cannot recommend BBM highly enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I have not had to claim yet but they offer a great deal meaning you dont need to worry about your pet, they also keep you updated with emails and messages to tell you new news of all the upcoming offers they do, i definatly reccommend Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
