I am a first time owner of a puppy so dog insurance is all new to me. I selected BBM as they offered a very high level of cover for a reasonable premium. I am so pleased as little Arnold was very quickly diagnosed with a heart murmur. BBM have covered all costs to date, have been very helpful on the phone and their communication is excellent. I am so grateful and although we still have on going concerns for Arnold I am not worried about insurance. Cannot recommend BBM highly enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I have not had to claim yet but they offer a great deal meaning you dont need to worry about your pet, they also keep you updated with emails and messages to tell you new news of all the upcoming offers they do, i definatly reccommend Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Luna our Blue staffs lost a lot of hair and had to get treatment from our vets that would have cost in the region of 1 thousand pounds. With bought by many were fantastic there was no hesitation in paying out and it was so simple to claim. Fantastic service Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
