Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. taking the pain out of a claim

since taking out a policy to cover our dog Toby we have had to unfortunately had to make a claim for a hip problem which is an ongoing issue. Like many people we take an insurance policy as a just in case scenario , our first time in making this type of claim the company have been nothing but excellent, very helpful and understanding. Great insurance cover

I now have two dogs insured with Bought by Many and they have been really good. I've made a couple of claims and the process has been easy and quibble free. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have not had to make a claim but I feel safely covered and was impressed with the information and support that I received when completing my dog's insurance application. I was also give the chance to take a dog's first aid course free which I completed and enjoyed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
