Only just got our first puppy and didn’t know who to go with but after lots of research decided that Bought by Many looked the ideal insurance. I then had a poorly puppy just days after was so worried about claiming but they were amazing. I was kept in the loop at every stage and it was so easy. I'm very pleased with my pet insurance with Bought by Many. I haven't had to make a claim as yet, but my policy has just renewed & my monthly payments are less than last year! As my cat is 11yrs old other insurance companies either wouldn't insure her or were asking for a lot more money for the policy & the excess to pay on a claim was ridiculous. Have a very poorly bulldog who needs regular medical treatment and assessments. Bought by many have made my claims soo easy to complete and have given me time to spent with my puppy instead of chasing up payments to my vets and consultants.
