Great customer service

These days it’s commonplace for good service and value to be put aside in favor of lowering costs. BBM is exactly the opposite and provides what people with pets need: understanding this “animal” is part of our family and them being unwell is a major stress. Getting support from their customer service team without hassle and without feeling bad for using the insurance is great. I have also found the newsletter mails very interesting and informative. So far, BBM is the best insurance I have had for my pets in over 25 years. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I have 2 dogs & was fed up of being ripped off. BBM are amazing! Great levels of cover to suit ever budget, the highest level of cover for the lowest price on the market. Fabulous customer service. Claims procedure is efficient & swift. Wouldn’t use anyone else now! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Simple Straightforward and Trustworthy

Based on previous bad experience I had come to the conclusion all pet insurance providers were there to trip you up rather than help during a time of need. Bought By Many changed all that for me. I've been really impressed with their values and level of customer care and haven't looked backed since I joined 2 years ago. My pooch Audry and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Brodie fractured a paw & BBM were on the case immediately assuring me we were covered which meant that was 1 worry out the way, they also have 24 hour vets on stand by through an app which I used recently & the vet was brilliant.
