The Best Insurance on the Market

The insurance we got from Bought By Many was literally the best insurance on the market for the cheapest price. We were covered for almost double what other pet insurers offered, but our premium is at least £200 less per year than what we have been quoted elsewhere. Not to mention that our excess is a one off annual payment, rather than paying every time we claim, which means we feel it's worth claiming for big expenses and the little ones. They don't penalise you for having an older dog which is great if you have adopted a rescue dog like us, your premium doesn't go up if you claim lots and they cover us for so many things including dental, hydrotherapy and holistic treatments if necessary. We've never been declined for a claim we've made and they're so quick and simple to submit online - no long waits on the phone to a call centre, hurrah! All in all, the best on the market. Our little staffy Roxy had to have an operation on her stomach a couple of weeks ago,and it cost just under £600.Bought by many were more than helpful,and always go above and beyond their call of duty to look after their customers and beloved pets.Cannot recommend them highly enough. Our dog is now palliative, BBM has made our journey so much easier, snap shot claims are a god send, no big forms to fill in for each claim. We can concentrate on giving our dog as much love and attention she needs in her final days. Thankyou so much Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
