Our little staffy Roxy had to have an operation on her stomach a couple of weeks ago,and it cost just under £600.Bought by many were more than helpful,and always go above and beyond their call of duty to look after their customers and beloved pets.Cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic company

Our dog is now palliative, BBM has made our journey so much easier, snap shot claims are a god send, no big forms to fill in for each claim. We can concentrate on giving our dog as much love and attention she needs in her final days. Thankyou so much Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Recently I have become an owner for beautiful greyhound and after several checks on what different insurance companies offers decide for BBM as best offer... And best customer service! I was approached by team with massive patience (I had too many questions) and friendly manner. Fantastic Insurance!

Brought my many is a fantastic Insurance company, as a first time dog owner you hear so many insurance horror stories it worries you. Unfortunately from a young age my pup had suffered with severe skin allergies and I’ve had to claim numerous times and every time the process is speedy, simple and this insurance even covers extras others don’t such as prescription food!
