Trouble free

I moved to Bought by many for both my dogs when my previous insurance went up and up in cost. I was nervous about the move but I shouldn't have been. I have had to make a claim over the last few months and they were brilliant. Kept me updated and payed promptly, couldn't fault them at all. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Our dog developed eye problems from a young age. When i spoke or emailed, the response was quick and always polite. The first time we claimed I was worried there may be problems, but all our claims including 2 operations have been paid out for very quickly with no problems. Would highly recommend.
