Great service even when working from home

Great service even when the team where working from home due to the virus always on the end of the phone if needed the claim took a little longer due to the virus and lockdown but the webpage was always up to date & the staff on the phones where always happy to answer any questions Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Simple to use, quick to pay and never a quibble.

Our dog has had many trips to both our local vet and various specialists. BBM have never quibbled over paying for any of his treatments, which have included a behavioural consultation, accupuncture and physiotherapy. If you speak to them on the phone they always seem to care about his wellbeing. They provide an exceptional level of cover for a very competitive price. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
