Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Great value for money

Perfect cover

Having experienced many problems with other insurance companies in the past, Bought By Many are a breath of fresh air. The ability to tailor the policy, depending on your preferences, is ideal and the Fixed For Life option is perfect. Availability of free access to FirstVet is an added bonus. Great service

We get unlimited online vet consultations included with our cover. We didn't think we'd use it but we have used it a few times and it has saved us from unnecessary trips to the actual vet. Very useful especially over lockdown! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
