I have had pet insurance for a number of years but only recently with Bought by Many. Claims with other companies have meant numerous visits to the vets to complete paperwork and forward to the insurance company but Bought by Many do all this for you liaising direct with the vets - process was really simple, customer service was excellent and payment happened very quickly - won’t use any other pet insurance provider now Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Having experienced many problems with other insurance companies in the past, Bought By Many are a breath of fresh air. The ability to tailor the policy, depending on your preferences, is ideal and the Fixed For Life option is perfect. Availability of free access to FirstVet is an added bonus.
