Great insurance that for the last two years have paid me back £70ish for not having had to make a claim! Competitive premium prices which haven’t jumped up enormously each year. Informative emails giving free advice wouldn’t hesitate to recommend . Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I find Bought by Many fitted the criteria I needed. Star 8

Saved my friends puppy

Me and my best friends bought our puppies within two weeks of each other beginning of the year. Overwhelmed with being new puppy mums this was a brand new world for us. Although for one of us, it took a wrong turn... My friends puppy fell down the stairs and broke her shoulder and elbow. How they managed to pay for her expensive surgery and essentially save her life was by having Bought By Many. After seeing the service she received and how it saved the puppy’s life, I quickly decided to move over to Bought By Many. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Reasonable cover for pets

We have Chows and our older chow hadn't been insured until the last couple of months. Bought by many were the only insurer that gave us an affordable quote for cover. One insurer gave us a price that was more than our mortgage and their advises didn't seem to think this might be a problem!! I haven't yet made a claim but was told by a vet at the animal hospital you need at least 7k worth of cover. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

A few weeks after getting our rescue dog she ate quite a few grapes. On a Sunday, we had to rush her to the vets. Our insurance claim was handled very quickly and supportive. It made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great customer service and coverage options

Very good coverage options and competitive pricing. We have a joint lifetime policy for our 2 puppies and cat. Customer service has always been spot on when contacted. Thankfully we haven’t needed to claim yet so cannot comment on that process. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
