Unfortunately I recently had to make a claim when our dog was injured. But Bought by Many made the experience so easy. Their easy to use online system, quick contact with our vet (no form filling) and friendly call service were a delight. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Peace of mind

I have cover for my 4 cats. The no-excess policy is good value for money and on the couple of occasions I have made a claim it was straightforward to deal with online and efficiently processed. It gives me great peace of mind to know that my cats will always be able to get any veterinary care they need and be covered the comprehensive policy provided by Bought By Many. BBM offer great value pet insurance. Their website is dead easy to use and the claims process really straightforward. Also get free access to virtual vet. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

A friend recommended Bought by Many and I was really impressed by the level of cover they provided at a cheaper price than my current insurance. I even recommended them to my brother and his girlfriend who took out a policy for their new puppy and in turn recommended it to another friend who took out a policy too! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Amazing, Simply the Best

After a lot of research Bought by Many was the most appealing. Excellent choice of cover and extremely competitive prices. I had to make a claim pretty soon after opening my policy, to be honest I was dreading it. How wrong was my I, it was sooooooo easy. My claim was dealt with in a real timely fashion.
