Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Impressive

Always available for a vet online consult - monthly fee acceptable and when had to claim, paid back rapidly. Bonus scheme for referral also a great incentive to recommends a company who have been impressive. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Peace of Mind

I have been fortunate not to have needed to claim for anything but I did use the vets now link when Sandi had chewed up some rhododendron buds. I had an excelled video consultation with vet who put my mind at rest. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
