Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Excellent policy covers all our needs

Amazing

Bought by Many have been great. Claiming is so easy and they are very prompt with paying claims - they make claiming very easy (they practically do all the work for you) They are happy to let you go online or on the phone - whatever is easiest for you. Quick and easy

Very happy reliable

Had to take my dog to vets found I just had to fill a form online bought by many login and they contacts my vets from their. This was stress free and not loads of paper work very happy with my package deal their was no excess to pay. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Best pet insurance company

Best insurance company I’ve been with. Even tho I’ve never had to make I claim (touch wood) there customer service is fantastic. Excellent

I wanted to change my insurance owing to first company putting the premium up by 42% and I had not even made a claim! I rang a few companies then I rang Bought By Many. They were so helpful, answered all my questions, made sure I understood all the ‘jargon’ and the premium price was so much better than others - plus they offered better cover for my adorable pup.
