No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Friendly service

I have all my pets insured with Bought By Many. I have always had continuous contact by them through messages and emails whenever I have to submit my claims. They have shown compassion and understanding when I recently lost my fourteen year old dog. The service was efficient cosidering we were dealing with a lock down and pandemic and was reassuring to know there was someone to speak to on the telephone regarding my claim. Great insurance!

I have had Pet insurance wIth Bought by Many for a couple of years now sadly having to claim early on for loss of our puppy. They were so kind and supportive & settled bills very fast! EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY. FIRST EVER HONEST AND TRUE INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED

I always though and still believe insurance companies are a scam. BOUGHT BY MANY IS THE EXCEPTION. No hidden fees, no if, no buts, claim gets paid up everytime. I wish they did insurance for other things as well, life / buildings and contents insurance. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
