I have all my pets insured with Bought By Many. I have always had continuous contact by them through messages and emails whenever I have to submit my claims. They have shown compassion and understanding when I recently lost my fourteen year old dog. The service was efficient cosidering we were dealing with a lock down and pandemic and was reassuring to know there was someone to speak to on the telephone regarding my claim. I have had Pet insurance wIth Bought by Many for a couple of years now sadly having to claim early on for loss of our puppy. They were so kind and supportive & settled bills very fast!
