As of yet I have not needed to claim on my insurance so the low price is ideal for me. I have not had to enquire so have not experienced any issues with the customer service team. After comparing with other companies this price was the best. Hopefully if I ever need to claim then I will have no issues to do so. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have all my pets insured with Bought By Many. I have always had continuous contact by them through messages and emails whenever I have to submit my claims. They have shown compassion and understanding when I recently lost my fourteen year old dog. The service was efficient cosidering we were dealing with a lock down and pandemic and was reassuring to know there was someone to speak to on the telephone regarding my claim.
