Never had Pet insurance before, BBM stood out

Tasha is the first pet i have taken Pet insurance out on, had 20+ year gap between her and last dog. So when i looked at ALL the other insurance companies i thought BBM stood out. I told my sister,who then joined me when the renewal on her cover had jumped. I have not had to claim,but my sister has,and BBM were really good. In addition to prompt payment of claims and great customer service, bought by many have gone above and beyond by providing video vet help via app to negate the requirement to rush to the vet if it’s not necessary. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very good choice of cover and reasonable premiums.

Had a few claims since we got our Cavalier. Premium seems reasonable and comms are good All claims sorted to date. Just wish we could let our vet deal direct and save us having to send bills ourselves. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
