In addition to prompt payment of claims and great customer service, bought by many have gone above and beyond by providing video vet help via app to negate the requirement to rush to the vet if it’s not necessary. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Had a few claims since we got our Cavalier. Premium seems reasonable and comms are good All claims sorted to date. Just wish we could let our vet deal direct and save us having to send bills ourselves. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

As of yet I have not needed to claim on my insurance so the low price is ideal for me. I have not had to enquire so have not experienced any issues with the customer service team.
