I have been a customer of Bought by Many for some time now and have found them to be the most efficient and helpful on the market. You are not expected to find out all the details from your Vet when you want to make a claim, they do it for you. Brilliant Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My Young Saint Bernard became lame in March. I didn’t claim straight away, I thought if it was going to be a small amount of money I wouldn’t bother. The problem grew and so did the bill! I called BBM expecting a battle for the money I had already paid out. The first comment, “Oh that’s awful how is Bear now?” Not what I expected, they have been wonderful. I will stay with them and I always recommend them. In my opinion they can’t be bettered. Pet insurance provided by pet lovers whatever next? Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I started with Bought by Many a few years ago when we adopted a rescue cat after our long-term kitty died of old age. I assumed that there would be a lot of hassle because he was from a rescue in Egypt, but it has never been a problem. Customer service is always friendly and helpful.And their submission process, to simply photograph receipts and send them in, couldn't be easier.I am happy to recommend Bought by Many to my friends and family.
