I started with Bought by Many a few years ago when we adopted a rescue cat after our long-term kitty died of old age. I assumed that there would be a lot of hassle because he was from a rescue in Egypt, but it has never been a problem. Customer service is always friendly and helpful.And their submission process, to simply photograph receipts and send them in, couldn't be easier.I am happy to recommend Bought by Many to my friends and family. Never had Pet insurance before, BBM stood out

Tasha is the first pet i have taken Pet insurance out on, had 20+ year gap between her and last dog. So when i looked at ALL the other insurance companies i thought BBM stood out. I told my sister,who then joined me when the renewal on her cover had jumped. I have not had to claim,but my sister has,and BBM were really good.
