Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY. FIRST EVER HONEST AND TRUE INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED

I always though and still believe insurance companies are a scam. BOUGHT BY MANY IS THE EXCEPTION. No hidden fees, no if, no buts, claim gets paid up everytime. I wish they did insurance for other things as well, life / buildings and contents insurance. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Extremely Smooth Claims Process

Brilliant service

Very impressed with bought by many pet insurance. When I had to make a claim it was so easy. I didn’t have to do a thing. My policy gives a refund if no claim is made for a year. This year I got just over £70 refunded. A lovely unexpected bonus. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
