Easy renewal process. Lots of perks that I use regularly. I’ve also used the video consultation that is included as standard. Really helpful with those little concerns that don’t require a vet trip, but you can confirm this with a vet and get good advice on what you can do to manage yourself Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Customer service have always been honest and helpful when reviewing renewals. The money back scheme is excellent and unlike any other insurer I’ve ever used. The refer a friend scheme is great too, I’ve never had an insurance company give so much back. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
