Brilliant!

I have two dogs both with complex health issue. Bought by Many has paid every claim promptly with no quibbles. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Unfortunately we had to make a early claim

Got our new Labrador puppy and she picked up a nasty virus about 2 months later. Made a claim and found it easy and we were paid out promptly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant cover, brilliant price

Excellent first year with BBM. They have dealt with any claims quickly and the cover is amazing, covering far more than my previous insurer. Was with John Lewis pet insurance with my previous dog and the premium doubled every year so I was paying £1500+ in the final year of my 8 year old cocker spaniel's life. I have the same breed dog now and the premium was half the price John Lewis quoted for my new dog and at renewal the premium has actually gone down by £1 a month. What's not to like? Great cover at the lowest price we found

Not only is the cover as good as you will find, they have great alternative pricing plans to suit your needs. Couple that with hassle free, simple claims procedures (we have claimed once and it was perfect with communication feom them all the way from submitting a form to payment to our vets) and you have an unbeatable service and insurance provider. Fantastic service!!

Very recently one of my dog needed medical attention and an overnight stay at a vets. I made an online claim which was very simple and the claim was settled within weeks. I was notified And kept informed every step of the way by email and text. Couldn’t recommend this company enough and won’t go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No hassle claim for my dog
