Fantastic service!!

Very recently one of my dog needed medical attention and an overnight stay at a vets. I made an online claim which was very simple and the claim was settled within weeks. I was notified And kept informed every step of the way by email and text. Couldn’t recommend this company enough and won’t go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No hassle claim for my dog

Top class service

Having had my first experience with my pet being extremely ill, Bought by Many were extremely patient and helpful when dealing with my claim submitted. It wasn't too strenuous dealing with them and lightened the load with them liaising directly with our veterinary surgery and hospital. Upon processing of claims, I received a phone call to recap and clarify everything and claims were settled very quickly and easily. I think the fact BBM were able to take the weight of my shoulders helped allow me to concentrate on the best care and recovery for my puppy.
