Having had my first experience with my pet being extremely ill, Bought by Many were extremely patient and helpful when dealing with my claim submitted. It wasn't too strenuous dealing with them and lightened the load with them liaising directly with our veterinary surgery and hospital. Upon processing of claims, I received a phone call to recap and clarify everything and claims were settled very quickly and easily. I think the fact BBM were able to take the weight of my shoulders helped allow me to concentrate on the best care and recovery for my puppy. Multi pet insurance

One of the things that attracted me to get a pet plan with BBM was that they offered multi pet discount and also If we don’t claim on the policy we get 20% of our premium back at the end of the year. Even if we have to make a claim for one of our pets we will get the return on the other policies these won’t be affected. I like we also get a direct debit reminder email each month with the amount to be taken - keeping you in control. I will definitely renew this year providing the premium is reasonable! I call it uninvasive because that is what it is,you don’t even have to worry about a thing,you get on line help as well,I have never felt so protected,I have had dogs all my life and this is the best insurance out there. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
