With one poorly cat I needed quick support, advice and resolution which bought by many provided. Even in lockdown they responded quickly and sorted my claim without issue or delay. Very polite call handlers too, I would definitely recommend them.. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Superb pet insurance

Searched long and hard for pet insurance, no other company could provide the level of cover offered by brought by many. Our 16 month old gsd had an accident at home, the claims process was brilliant and dealt with within 48 hours, I cannot fault this company they are brilliant. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Head and shoulders above other insurers

Bought by many offered the most comprehensive insurance and it was great to see my premiums go down on renewal. With a new puppy I found the free online vet consultations so useful. Any worries I had out of hours, there is a qualified and knowledgeable vet available to give advice or recommend when I need to visit our vet in person. So pleased I found this insurer. Great value for money

Bought by Many was far cheaper than the company I had insured my beloved Molly with for years. As she has gotten older it was so discouraging to find our insurer penalised us despite our loyalty and Molly's reasonable good health. No wonder Bought by Many lives up to its name. If Molly is symptom free of any condition after 2 year's the premium reduces further! I'd like to think an older well cared for cat and owner would be rewarded for doing so well. Bought by Many cares for us in its outlook. They are also straightforward to use and I have not had any issues with customer service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
