GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT AT THIS TIME

I CHOSE BBM DUE TO THEIR VERY HONEST ADVERTISEMENTS AND TAKING A PERSONAL INTEREST IN THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ANY TIME ESPECIALLY NOW THAT THERE IS A HUGE DEMAND FOR PETS Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great value user friendly insurance

I have had one claim and it was very easy to make claim online and upload invoices. Also have used the free online vet Consultation several times which is so helpful. You get a video appointment within half An hour and an email summarising advice given and when to contact your vet. It has avoided a vet trip each time. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Without a doubt the best pet insurance company around

Having had to use Bought By Many recently for my dog that had a serious knee injury I found the claim system easy to use and hassle free. So much better than two previous companies I have used in the past. I highly recommend Bought By Many for looking after your pet and they are good value too. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Probably the best pet insurance I’ve had dealings with, excellent customer service, a nice easy and simple to use website. Very easy to add a new claim or continue and existing one. Fabulous company with easy to use and understand processes for signing up

Expensive but worth it

Peace of mind

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from BBM. I had to make a claim last year very close to Christmas, although I was worried about the cost and claiming it couldn’t have been easier. Took one quick phone call and they liaised with and paid the vets directly which meant I could focus on making sure my dog was okay rather than worrying about the cost.
