Probably the best pet insurance I’ve had dealings with, excellent customer service, a nice easy and simple to use website. Very easy to add a new claim or continue and existing one. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from BBM. I had to make a claim last year very close to Christmas, although I was worried about the cost and claiming it couldn’t have been easier. Took one quick phone call and they liaised with and paid the vets directly which meant I could focus on making sure my dog was okay rather than worrying about the cost. Really competitive price for our young Labrador- never had an issue claiming either. Fast payments with the vets able to send all needed information straight to them. Made claiming so easy. You can also claim online so no worrying about calling or ‘out of hours’ issues. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
