Joined Bought by Many in 2018 and would recommend this company. We bought two British Bulldogs and wanted a good policy which would safeguard our puppies and ourselves should a situation arise whereby we needed medical help. Unfortunately this happened and both our boys needed operations with the help and efficient guidance by Bought by Many we were able to book the operations and receive the funds for our claim quickly. Excellent service really easy claim form etc. We have used a well known pet insurers for our other bulldogs In the past but this company easily beats their service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have been with Bought By Many for a year now and my doggie had an ear infection not long after I registered her, so I had to make a claim for a ear flush and some other treatments. I bought my pet insurance from bought by many for the 1st time. I feel the cover & the cost was very reasonable. I have never had to make a claim but I feel confident it would be paid out without any problems. I have also recommended to family & friends. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

When my dog required emergency spinal surgery due to a disc problem and Bought by Many were contacted, they were caring and compassionate and took everything out of my hands but on the same vein they kept me updated with every aspect of the claim. Really easy to use, setup process is straightforward with good options to suit your pets needs. I chose the money back policy which I think is a great idea if you don’t claim within the year. 24/7 vet access is a valuable bonus and I even got a free Dog first aid course!
