One of my acid tests for best insurance companies is their management of the claims process. In this respect BBM are tops. The process is very user friendly and payments in most cases aware prompt. Staff incredibly helpful. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best move for our pet was to insure with BBM

We had accepted large rises in premiums with no claims for almost 5 years until I decided to shop around - finding this Insurance Company was enlightening as not only were they polite from the outset but premiums were easier to understand and representative of where I would have expected them to be. Prompt and sympathetic service

My dog had to have cancerous lumps removed from her leg just after I had completed a duelling course of chemotherapy myself. It was very stressful as the skin graft failed and we were back and forth to the vet nearly every day for two + months. Bought by many dealt with everything with no quibble and promptly, just what I needed as I was feeling quite vulnerable myself. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
