When my dog required emergency spinal surgery due to a disc problem and Bought by Many were contacted, they were caring and compassionate and took everything out of my hands but on the same vein they kept me updated with every aspect of the claim. Really easy to use, setup process is straightforward with good options to suit your pets needs. I chose the money back policy which I think is a great idea if you don’t claim within the year. 24/7 vet access is a valuable bonus and I even got a free Dog first aid course! One of my acid tests for best insurance companies is their management of the claims process. In this respect BBM are tops. The process is very user friendly and payments in most cases aware prompt. Staff incredibly helpful. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best move for our pet was to insure with BBM

We had accepted large rises in premiums with no claims for almost 5 years until I decided to shop around - finding this Insurance Company was enlightening as not only were they polite from the outset but premiums were easier to understand and representative of where I would have expected them to be.
