Prompt and sympathetic service

My dog had to have cancerous lumps removed from her leg just after I had completed a duelling course of chemotherapy myself. It was very stressful as the skin graft failed and we were back and forth to the vet nearly every day for two + months. Bought by many dealt with everything with no quibble and promptly, just what I needed as I was feeling quite vulnerable myself. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good company easy to apply, great price have cat & dog covered. Customer service is excellent had 2 make a claim due to dog going to emergency vet with injured leg, one phone call everything is sorted they deal with the vets and keep you updated on the progress of the claim, one less thing on my mind. Bought by many paid my claim for my Dogs vet bills which totalled at £1100. I didn’t have to wait long until I was reimbursed. When my policy renewed my monthly instalments did not increase even though I had made a claim. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
