Just recently got boughtbymany insurance and their website was very informative and simple to understand compared to other insurance sites. I have not had to make a claim yet, so I have no experience on that but, assuming what I have experienced so far, I doubt this will be an issue. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

BBM processed a large claim for my little furry one very quickly. Allowing me to focus on her recovery without having to worry about getting my money back nor spend lots of time in admin. Fast, efficient and simple.

Unfortunately we were faced with some unexpected vet bills for my wonderful Maremma. We had the treatment started and luckily I was insured with Bought by many. They processed my claim the same day, emailed and texted me confirmation and kept me aware of the payment progression. All took away from the worries of getting the best care my my dog.
