BBM processed a large claim for my little furry one very quickly. Allowing me to focus on her recovery without having to worry about getting my money back nor spend lots of time in admin. Fast, efficient and simple.

Unfortunately we were faced with some unexpected vet bills for my wonderful Maremma. We had the treatment started and luckily I was insured with Bought by many. They processed my claim the same day, emailed and texted me confirmation and kept me aware of the payment progression. All took away from the worries of getting the best care my my dog. Just one phone call and Bought By Many looked after my claim keeping me informed every step of the way from contacting my Vet to completion of the claim, it was such a smooth and easy process and the Bought By Many agent I spoke to was so caring and understanding it is an excellent company that I would highly recommend to all pet owners. Brilliant company

I have been with Bought by many For about a year now and they have truly exceeded expectations in many ways . My first dealings with bought by many was in relation to my young dog suddenly falling ill. As many pet owners can understand , your pet becoming ill can be a very upsetting time for the simple fact , that they are almost equivalent to having a young child In the house so from the onset of sickness ( minor or major this can be a real concern and worry to the owner and co owners . When my dog had suddenly fallen ill and needed the relevant treatment to accommodate the problem diagnosed . Bought by many where extremely quick and organised in dealing with this matter and it took to there attention almost immediately and was dealt with in a great fashion . Extremely good insurance company I would truly recommend them to any pet owners who love and care for there pet as much as myself ! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
