fantastic, value for money, helpful, easy to claim and fast response and settlement.

my dog needed a operrationx2 on knees for luxating patella, i phoned BBM and claim was started immediately and paid direct to the vet so took the worry and stress away, the next year my cost went up 10 pound a month which i think was very reasonable considering the claim i made . i am on a few doogy media pages and i recommend BBM to anyone looking for insurance, fast and caring service every-time. you cannot go wrong with this company. Easy to find the policy you need which best suits your pets needs without paying over the odds. Lots of choice & added extras if required but not pressured into getting more than you actually need or want. Some good additional benefits such as the Pet First Aid course at no extra cost.
