What a great insurance for my puppy Benji. So so many benefits so far. We had a free first aid course with bought by many-incredibly useful. When we had to make a claim we didn’t expect to get our money back simply because of all the stories from other people with their insurance companies. However,our claim has been approved and we are extremely pleased with the customer service so far. 100% recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

This group consistently offers a good price ! This doesn't mean that they are very reluctant to pay out, quite the opposite. If you have a true claim, this company understand, and pay claims promptly ! Well done Bought By Many Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Big cover, small price

The quote received for insuring my two dogs far outstripped the rest of the insurers. I had a couple of questions about the level of cover - mostly because it seemed too good to be true, and the customer service was exceptional. Not to mention the money back received when you dont claim, it's a great little boost to the finances each year. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
