I have had the insurance for 2 years now and Bought By Many have kept in touch constantly during this time, after the 1st year at the renewal the price slightly dropped, other insurance companies put their prices up, they also let me know that there is a new payment coming out my bank etc, they were also good with the information at the start of the Covid19, can not fault them for anything, 10 out of 10, i have genuinely recommended them to my friends, nothing much more i can say apart from...THANKS Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Not only is the cost of the Bought By Many pet policies excellent, but their customer service is too. Making a claim was super easy and my policy didn’t go up to a ridiculous amount as a result of the claim. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
