I've been with bought by many for a short while one of the things I absolutely love is the free vet line as this really saves me a lot of time and potential cost on get induction fees for the small question or concerns with my pet. I've had to call bought by many a few times and always received an excellent service. I recently put a claim in for my pet and this has been resolved in a good time and paid out with no issues. Good cover, good price (at the moment) claims paid efficiently

Had no reason to use the policy, but like the in depth cover and limits. Hope they don't hike the premiums like is often the case with pet insurance. Current premiums aren't cheap but they offer a lot for it. I have friends who have made claims for their pets and been very happy with the way it was dealt. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We have a Fixed for Life policy, as new dog owners we have never had pet insurance before. Recently we had to claim for one of the dogs, the process could not have been easier and the service from the customer service department was first class. We would highly recommend Bought by Many! So easy to deal with!

My puppy needed £5k of treatment 4 months after we got her. BBM dealt directly with the vet and paid out really quickly so I didn’t have to do anything. The premium barely increased the following year, makes the whole situation much easier with everything else you’re dealing with when you have a sick pet. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
