Excellent, highly recommended

We have a Fixed for Life policy, as new dog owners we have never had pet insurance before. Recently we had to claim for one of the dogs, the process could not have been easier and the service from the customer service department was first class. We would highly recommend Bought by Many! So easy to deal with!

My puppy needed £5k of treatment 4 months after we got her. BBM dealt directly with the vet and paid out really quickly so I didn’t have to do anything. The premium barely increased the following year, makes the whole situation much easier with everything else you’re dealing with when you have a sick pet. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

It's always a concern when buying insurance policies that there will be an exclusion in the small print or that the insurers will find a way out of upholding your claim. We've never had any of these issues with bought by many and they've always kept us updated and informed of the progress of the claim. Unfortunately our dog is prone to skin allergies/infections so we've had to claim on the insurance a few times and it's always been upheld. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant and so easy to use

When searching online for my pet insurance this company competes with some of the well know companies like Direct Line etc but at half the price. Also the site is so easy to use from start to finish and you get regular update regarding when payment is to taken which I like loads. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
