Fantastic Insurers

Never a hassle. Everything is dealt with through the vets and I receive an email confirming the claim and at paid directly to the practice. Nothing is a hassle. I’ve had at least two friends who have changed insurers to Bought by Many :) Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great pet insurance at a great price.

Had a very good quote with great cover for my pup. Unfortunately he injured himself and we had to make a claim. Process was straight forward. Bought by Many dealt with vets and money was sent quickly. Had the next years premiums a few months after with a slight reduction in cost. No need to chase around on the telephone after an excessive price hike. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

So Far So Very Good!

Last year was my first with "Bought by Many" for insuring my dog. Although I have not had to claim in the first twelve months I have received several offers of help and guidance if required which would prove useful. I had wondered if the percentage refund for not claiming would actually materialise but without any prompting by me an email arrived a couple of weeks past the renewal date confirming my refund which was paid into my account very promptly. As far as I know this "payback" policy is unique and an exceptionally good idea. My premium has gone up considerably this year I assume because my dog has reached that age where claims are more likely but the refund helped to soften the blow. I look forward to the next twelve months to see how the policy fares. I rate "Bought by Many" very highly as a straightforward , no hidden drawbacks insureer. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

wonderful service given from setting up a plan that suits you to having to put a claim in which is all completed without any bother and you can feel reassured that you and your pet are in good hands throughout. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
