Great choice of policies

Great choice of policies to suit all pockets and dogs of all ages. I chose the money back policy. So if my new dog doesn't get I'll in this policy year I will get some money back in my bank account. Already recommended your company to a few of my dog owner friends. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very helpful advice on booking

I have not had to claim on the policy yet, thankfully, but booking it was straightforward, giving me the cover I was looking for in terms I could understand. I also got quick, helpful advice on the phone. I have a relative who works in veterinary who recommended Bought By Many because the practice finds their claim process straightforward too. We moved from John Lewis as their prices were rising at a ridiculous rate. We almost halved our premium and significantly increased our cover when we moved. We also got an app which gives us free emergency contact with a vet if we need it along with lots of useful advice. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
