We have two giant breeds one of which has an ongoing illness and other insurance company’s hike up the premiums due to this or refuse to insure, BBM don’t do this and still give a good cover. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My puppy was very ill, I was beside myself with worry, not really sure if he was going to make it through the night. Bought by many not only went over and above to help, they dealt with the vets directly , taking so much pressure away from me so I could focus on my puppy and getting him well. They also done this with so much empathy and compassion that I am still with them today , also they didn’t raise the premiums for the next year either which you hear so many other companies do. Bought by Many have been excellent, as we have had a pretty hard time with our kitten who has a life threatening condition which has meant multiple visits to the Royal Veterinary hospital, they have dealt with the vets directly on all our claims which has taken a lot of pressure of us and have always kept us up to date with what is going on, Excellent service, Great value for money and would definitely recommend them to everyone who has a pet!! Bought by many is the best insurer for pets by far. Not judgmental on your breed, reasonable prices and of course the valuable 24hour vet calls access is outstanding for the little worries we may have and being unsure if a vet is required, call them and get immediate advice. Great insurer really came up trumps!

My Dog was run over resulting in approx £9,000.00 of surgery and veterinary bills. Bought by many dealt with all the paperwork and payments on my behalf. Then when my renewal was due they actually renewed at a lower price than the previous year. . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

This was the best cover I found for my new puppy. Seems very thorough and to have access to Veterinary specialists 24 hours a day, all year round is fantastic and gives me peace of mind! I recommend Bought By Many whole heartedly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
